TRIBE and Universities.

Tribe provides skills training to PhD students. The training is focused on identifying the skills the participants have and which skills they will need to open up their career possibilities. Much of this work is done on 3-5 day courses in conjunction with UKGRAD.

TRIBE and Graduates.

 Providing business skills training to recent graduates in their first post. The main contract is with the Knowledge Transfer Partnership.

TRIBE and Schools.

Working with students to provide key skills training and team building. Year 12 / 13 induction events to help with transition and the development of skills awareness in a team building atmosphere. Working with “Gifted and Talented” pupils to develop skills awareness. Commissioned by Shropshire LSC to research post 16 choices.

TRIBE and Teams.

Organisation and facilitation of company team away days. These may be for annual reviews, strategic planning, team building or pure fun events. Tribe helps directors build a day into an event that is stimulating and productive. Tribe has also been involved in surveys of staff to help identify individual and team issues that need to be addressed.
